Seniors Summer Pairs KO - Draw Rules

Any matches not played by the due date will be decided by:
1. One of the players conceding the match.
2. The KO Organiser who will refer to the Seniors Competitions Secretary and/or the Seniors Chairman. Together they will reach a binding final decision, which may in certain circumstances, result in the toss of a coin.
Please note that extensions to the end dates for the rounds will not be allowed unless in exceptional circumstances to be discussed on a case by case basis with the KO Organiser. Therefore, players with work, injury, holiday or other commitments should seriously consider their ability to take part in the KO, and also be prepared to concede, should such commitments prevent the playing of the match within the end of round dates. In the event a date is agreed and on that date the weather is inclement, but the course is open (in any state including carry only, at least 9 holes being open or temporary greens) then the match must be played regardless. In the event one player or team refuse to take part in the match then this effectively amounts to a concession. Unless both players agree to postpone and rearrange before the end date, any decision to do so must be conveyed immediately to the KO Organiser.
